1、Training for new employees
The company will arrange training for new employees, including knowledge of Kaiyuan history, development strategy, organizational structure, management system, salary and welfare and enterprise culture etc. Department supervisor will help new employees familiar with post responsibility and working process.
2、Annual training
Considering creative high-quality employees are the footstone for further development, the company arranges different monthly trainings according to employees at different positions and departments, including lectures by appointed trainers, external trainings for core team, internal trainings by management department, watching disc for marketing and management, position shift for the talent and freshman training by experienced employees etc. |
